Chris has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and operations. He is particularly skilled in aligning technology with business strategy to achieve business objective. As a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting, he had successfully implemented pioneering technologies to support visionary business strategies for the Fortune 500 in telecom, technology, and manufacturing.
Representative engagements include: business strategy and technology deployment for Travelocity, business strategy for Xerox, technology M&A’s for AT&T, CRM implementation for Qwest, satellite broadband commercialization for Boeing, and supply chain management for AT&T.
Chris has strong experience in managing international joint ventures and projects particularly in Asia (13 years in China and 5 years in Japan). He is sensitive to various cross culture issues and pays close attention to distinct business considerations. His involvement includes distance-learning project for the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information Industry in China, TiVo-China, and Descente.
Chris also understands and shares the spirit of the entrepreneurs as he has also successfully launched and operated technology startups in areas of online retailing, software, networking service, and travel.
Chris is an alumnus of UCLA and received a MBA from USC.
